As a Health and Fitness Practitioner,┬áKarin’s many degrees and certifications help assist her clients to achieve the goal of optimum health through nutrition, exercise, and relaxation techniques.

Areas of focus:

  • Nutritional Counseling

  • Health and Fitness

  • Group Exercise Classes or Small Group Training

In house training is also offered as an alternative to group training.
